A mini yoga retreat is great for those that can't travel too far from home, and for busy people who don't have the time or the possibility to commit an entire weekend away from family or work.
An urban retreat is the gem we all need to nourish mind, body and soul.

Over the years, Claudia has experienced that Yoga is not just physical, but it is also a mental and spiritual practice and discipline. For her, Yoga is the relationship that is built between the body, the mind and the breath, and it is creating space free from obstacles in your own body to live, it is freedom and release and it is the practice to learn to be kind, truthful and honest with ourselves and others.
Claudia graduated from Contemporary Yoga Teacher Training and she has adopted the contemporary approach in her yoga teaching. She is inspired by the history, philosophy and tradition of Yoga mixed with some modern studies, investigation and inquiries.
Claudia's goal is to facilitate a practice that allows people to move from the inside out, allowing a freedom in movement and the body at ease. Her aim is to teach a practice that empowers people and it instigates curiosity, exploration and creativity to reach freedom in mind, body and spirit.
Claudia is also qualified in BASI Pilates, Reformer Pilates, Barre Body, and Pre and Post Natal Yoga.
